eSPACE is a suite of software solutions designed to assist facility owners and managers to be efficient and effective, and not break the bank.
Are eSPACE products web based?
Absolutely. Our solutions are cloud based (except COOL SPACE which has some physical on-site components) so there is nothing to download, no servers to maintain and updates are automatic.
If I only want one of your modules, do I have to purchase all of them?
Not at all. Each one of our modules can be subscribed to individually or in bundles. You choose what is best for you.
What markets do you serve?
We have a wide variety of system applications including schools, churches, faith-based organizations, municipalities, office users, property managers and hospitality suppliers.
If I have question or need help, will someone be there to support me?
We pride ourselves in our customer service and response time. Our professional customer service team is available through system tickets, e-mail, web meetings and phone calls.
Do we have to sign long term agreements?
eSPACE subscriptions can be as simple as a month-to-month basis, or you can reduce your subscription cost by paying for a year in advance. Your call.
If we need other features or have ideas, will your team consider them?
The majority of our enhances are the direct suggestions from our client base. We want to provide the best tool for your organization, so we listen to you and make appropriate adjustments and enhancements. Keep ‘em coming.
Does eSPACE have an API for third party integration?
Yes! Currently we do have an API that will allow you to get to your data. We are going to be expanding this to provide even more data in multiple formats.
